Founder and CEO of ueno, Haraldur Thorleifsson, shares his story and gives the keys to setting up and making a success of his agency. He started Ueno four years ago and now leads a fast growing full service agency with four offices, creating branding, marketing and relationships with some of the most innovative companies in the world including Uber, Oculus, Lonely Planet, Medium, Facebook and Slack.
If everyone sees it as their job that the whole project is a success, the project will be a success, if people just focus on their area of expertise, within the project, it won’t work. The only way a project works at Ueno is if everyone comes together and everyone is responsible for the end output.
